Refresher and training

The training activities include an articulated series of initiatives aimed at the entire academic community. The information/training interventions concern both the University QA system as a whole and thematic insights related to specific QA tools and processes (e.g. Professors-Students Joint Committee, SUA-CdS drafting, etc.).  

In order to make the information action on the QA system and its processes more effective and pervasive, in the academic year 2019-2020 the Quality Assurance Board set up the project "Training activities on Quality Assurance policies, system and processes" (abbreviated "FormAQ"), aimed at promoting and coordinating training activities to improve awareness of policies, of the QA system and its processes.

Following  the COVID-19 pandemic, FormAQ activities continued thanks to the use of telematic tools – with particular reference to the University QA website and the Blackboard platform, through the activation of a dedicated virtual space.
