In teaching

The aim of teaching quality assurance is to direct the actions of the Faculties in defining up-to-date educational objectives adapted to the cultural, scientific and social needs of the national and international market.
In research

The Università Cattolica aims to advance knowledge in every field of knowledge, according to the principle of autonomy and specificity of each discipline and in compliance with the methodologies specific to each science.
In the enhancement of knowledge / social impact

Special attention to one's own contribution to society, through the enhancement and transfer of knowledge, in harmony with the founding principles of social Catholicism that constitute the cornerstone of one's identity

The accreditation system is divided into the initial authorisation to activate PhD Courses and the accreditation of the locations where these are held, as well as the periodic verification of the permanence of the requirements required for these purposes.

Coordination

Quality Assurance Board

The University Quality Assurance Board has the task of supervising the performance of QA procedures and has the function of liaising with the structures responsible for QA (Degree Programmes, Faculties) through an effective system of communication with and between the various actors involved.

Academic Assessment Team

The Academic Assessment Team is responsible for verifying the results of teaching, research and Third Mission activities carried out at Università Cattolica. In general, it carries out surveys, promotes internal audits and drafts opinions aimed at improving university management.
