Over the years, the in/training activities carried out by the University Quality Assurance have involved the regular organisation of workshops, seminars and events aimed at improving awareness of QA processes, illustrating the guidelines for the correct drafting of QA documents in the progressive self-assessment cycles, and ultimately, develop a complete culture of quality. The following are a series of initiatives carried out between 2014 and 2018.

On September 12, 2014, the Presidium organized a workshop on the "Self-assessment, evaluation and accreditation process (AVA) with a speech by Prof. Massimo Castagnaro of the ANVUR Board of Directors.
On 6 July 2015 the PQA organized the workshop "The process of self-assessment, evaluation and accreditation (AVA) for the A.Y. 2015/2016".
On 8 September 2015 the PQA organized the seminar "Docimology for a formative culture of evaluation in the University", held by Prof. Domenico Simeone.
On 5 and 6 December 2016 the PQA organized a workshop to introduce and explain the tool "Annual Self-Assessment Document, DA-AV".
On 15 September 2017 the WFP organized a workshop to introduce and explain the "Annual Monitoring Form, SMA" tool which replaced the Annual Review Report.
On 16 March 2018, a training meeting was held involving the TA staff of the Orientation Office.
On 22 June 2018, a training meeting was held for the TA staff of the International Development Area.
On 24 September 2018 the PQA organized a workshop on the self-assessment, evaluation and accreditation process (AVA) for the A.Y. 2018/2019. This meeting also examined the criteria for drafting the Faculty's Programmatic Document on the objectives, resources and management of research activities and third mission initiatives (DA-RT).
